🔄 Re-sync Catalogue Prices & Stock
Force the built-in prices, RRP, min order qty, category and stock onto the saved/cloud catalogue. Use this if stock or prices look out of date. Also permanently merges exact duplicate products and trims any sizes outside a brand's official size chart — both irreversible.
🗑️ Delete Brand Completely
Permanently removes EVERY product of one brand from the cloud database right now — no file needed. This also removes products that were added one-by-one through "Add Product" (a file-driven Replace by Brand can only ever touch rows that are also in the uploaded file). Use this to fully clear a brand, then upload a clean catalogue file for it.

📦 Stock Update — Supplier Inventory
Upload your supplier stock file here (e.g.
Fabletics_Textile_StockUpdate.xlsx). This updates quantities only — does NOT change prices, names, or anything else. Use whenever your supplier sends new inventory numbers.
Matches products by: SKU + Color combination (not by size).
Accepts: total stock column, or per-size columns (stock_S, stock_M, stock_41, etc.) — these get summed up to a single stock number per SKU-color.

Merge Duplicate Products & Sync From File
One-time cleanup for products that got split into separate products per size/barcode by old imports (e.g. one "Cozy Fleece" product per size instead of one product with 5 sizes). Upload the same full catalogue file as box 1 — for every style+color, this finds every old broken duplicate belonging to it (matched by barcode), merges their stock into ONE product, and overwrites name / category / subcategory / price / RRP / gender / description only from this file. Nothing is deleted or changed until you review the preview and click Apply.
Download a backup first (💾 button above) — this action deletes old duplicate records and cannot be undone from within the app.

📍 Warehouse Pick Location
Upload the location report (e.g.
דוח_איתורים.xlsx) — 2 columns, no header: barcode, bin location. Matches against barcodes already on each product and adds the location only — never touches images, article/SKU, or stock. Some barcodes can have 2 locations; both are kept and shown together. The location then appears as its own column on every order's picking sheet (Excel export), right next to the barcode.

📦 איתור קרטונים — Carton Numbers (Packing List)
העלה את ה-Packing List של הספק (למשל FitVille) — עם העמודות
CTN NO., English Name, Color, Eu Size, SKU, FNSKU/UPC, QTY/CTN.
המערכת מתאימה כל שורה לדגם + צבע + מידה (לפי ברקוד, ואם אין התאמה — לפי שם הדגם, הצבע, המידה והרוחב) ושומרת את מספר הקרטון בלבד — לא נוגעת במלאי, מחירים או תמונות.
מידה שנמצאת בכמה קרטונים תציג את כולם (למשל 38 / 40). מספרי הקרטונים יופיעו בעמודה Carton באקסל של כל הזמנה, ליד ה-Location.
העלאה חדשה מחליפה את מספרי הקרטונים של המידות שבקובץ.
